VIDEO 1 Equips couples with rules to follow that serve to protect the good things they enjoy in their relationship. These are the qualities in their relationship that drew them together in the first place and need to be preserved.

VIDEO 2 Teaches a technique called “The Speaker/Listener Technique,” aka, “The Floor.”  Initially, couples find this very restrictive and artificial but with practice and )instruction participants will learn to highly value this very effective tool.

VIDEO 3 Helps couples identify “Hidden Issues.” Hidden just beneath the surface, unknown to either partner, there are issues such as caring, rejection, and invalidation. Learning to identify these issues and talk about them in a safe way will relieve the stress and open up the flow of love which initially brought the couple together.

VIDEO 4 This video is about negotiation and compromise. The information taught here is a valuable tool but should only be used after the couple have heard each other and identified their problem areas and are now ready to begin the “problem solving” process.
