Reverend Frances M. Malafronte was licensed as a minister of the Gospel in 1992 by Senior Pastor Jay Ramirez. She was ordained into the office of Pastor in 1993 to serve as an Associate Pastor and member of the Presbytery of Kingdom Life Christian Church.

Pastor Fran was married to Anthony Thomas Malafronte in 1958. They raised their three children in the town of Stratford, Connecticut. In February of 2007 Anthony passed into his eternal reward.  They were married for 49 years and he is greatly missed.

Pastor Fran and her daughter Cathy Marie Howard own and operate a partnership Corporation known as FMCH, Inc. doing business as Griswold Special Care. Today this business is a successful Home Health Care Business serving all of Fairfield County.

Pastor Fran has served the congregation of Kingdom Life as Executive Director of Kingdom Life Family Resource Center from 1993 to 2006. She has ministered to people as a Pastoral Counselor from 1991 to the present and served the organization as Treasurer for five years.

Pastor Fran attended Fordham University, School of Business for a brief period of time and has received training in Biblical studies from Southern New England Bible School, Robert Tilton Bible Institute, and received apprentice training in counseling. She also received training in Post Induction Therapy by Pia Mellody, affiliated with The Meadows, in Wickenberg, Arizona.
In 2004 and 2005 Pastor completed certificate classes in Pastoral Counseling administered through the Office of Pastoral Counseling at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT.
Pastor Fran has served the Body of Christ at three major churches over the course of 33 years. She has developed programs, conducted seminars, ran church-wide fairs and many fundraisers. She has been a Scout Leader and has won the highest award in scouting, The Saint George Award, given by the Catholic Church through the Office of the Bishop. She has led Bible Study Groups and trained people to help others. She has ministered to people from Canada to Europe to South and Central America, from the East to the West coast because Christ’s love compels her.
